Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and IsoLaunch ("IsoLaunch", "we", "us"), the provider and seller of the IsoLaunch career workspace. By creating a IsoLaunch account or continuing to use the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use IsoLaunch. If you are using IsoLaunch on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

2. Public beta

IsoLaunch is offered as a public beta. Features may change, break, or be removed, and the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. Keep your own copies of anything important — especially your resume and portfolio content.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information, be at least 16 years old, and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are personal — do not share logins.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload: resume text, projects, images, notes, and answers. You grant IsoLaunch a limited licence to store, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for you — including publishing projects you explicitly mark as Public. You confirm you have the right to share what you upload and that it does not disclose an employer's confidential information, patient data, or trade secrets.

5. AI feedback is guidance, not truth

Resume scores, interview grading, and learning content are generated with the help of AI models and may be incomplete or wrong. They are educational guidance only, not regulatory, legal, medical, or career advice, and they do not guarantee interviews or offers. Verify anything regulatory (FDA, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, Design Controls) against the source standards before relying on it professionally.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not upload another person's resume or personal data without their consent.
• Do not post unlawful, harassing, misleading, or infringing content.
• Do not scrape, resell, or automate bulk access to the service.
• Do not attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or other users' privacy.
• Do not misrepresent work you did not do in your portfolio.

6a. Plans, payment, and subscription terms

IsoLaunch offers a free tier and a paid subscription, IsoLaunch Pro, sold at USD 9.99 per month or USD 59.99 per year. Prices are shown at checkout and exclude any sales tax or VAT, which is calculated and added at checkout where applicable. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Plan & Billing or via the customer portal in your receipt; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, invoicing, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Our own Refund Policy offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. Non-payment or a failed renewal may result in your account reverting to the free tier.

7. Availability and fair use

AI features consume shared capacity and may be rate limited during the beta. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or place it at risk.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On deletion, your content is removed as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IsoLaunch is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost opportunities, or lost data arising from use of the service.
